Please bring your pet's food, medications, and any special toys or blankets to make them feel at home. We provide bedding and bowls.
Our boarding dogs interact only with dogs from the same household. This is for the safety of both the dogs and our staff.
We can accommodate shared suites if the dogs are familiar and friendly with each other, and only f BOTH owners are in agreement to the arrangement. We may separate the dogs at our discretion if we see fit. Please note that the Multiple Dog discount does not apply to pets from different households.
If your pet is unable to receive one of the required vaccinations because of a medical condition please provide a note from your veterinarian.
Our staff members are trained to handle nervous and aggressive dogs. Our suites are equipped with outside potty areas accessible by dog door directly from their suite. We do take the dogs out to our courtyard individually for some exercise time, but the dogs still have unlimited access to go outside on their own if they are not comfortable with us. Our feeding/water bowls are accessible from both outside and inside the suites so we can properly care for a dog of any temperament during their stay.
Pet owners have free access to in-suite cameras to take a peek at their pet 24/7 while they are checked into our facility. Feel free to call or email us if you have any concerns during your pet's stay.
When a boarding pet is checked into our facility owners have access to a free 24/7 in-suite camera. The camera is accessed through the Customer Portal.
We are closed to the public on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. While we do not schedule any drop offs or pick ups on those days, our Kennel Techs are still in house to feed, clean and provide necessary medications.
If you have an urgent situation concerning a boarding pet after hours please send us an email or text message. These accounts are monitored when the facility is closed. Voicemails will be addressed when we are open for business.
Our boarding suites book very quickly for peak seasons, usually in the summer and over holidays. If you submit a boarding request we first consider the suite type you requested. If that size is unavailable we will consider any other sizes that will comfortably accommodate your pet. We will either offer you a different size suite or notify you that you were placed on our wait-list. We monitor suite changes and cancellations throughout the day and will notify you if a space becomes available.
If your travel plans change and you need to alter your boarding reservation please call us as soon as possible. We do charge for the entire reserved stay, unless we are given at least a 72 hour notice that your pet will be picked up early.
Our regularly scheduled drop off hours are 1pm - 5pm and pick up hours are 7am - 12pm. This allows sufficient time for our staff to disinfect and prepare the suites in between guests. If you require a time outside the scheduled hours please let us know when you call to make the reservation or add a note in your online request. We do charge a $15 fee to hold the suite for your pet outside of the scheduled hours. Early check-ins and late check-outs are always pending availability. Sorry, we do not accept drop offs or pick ups outside of business hours.
Yes! Feel free to stop by any time during business hours for a complete tour, no appointment necessary.
We do not recommend grooming a dog during pregnancy unless they are very used to the grooming process and do not normally become stressed during any part of the procedure. We will not groom a pregnant dog after 42 days of gestation. Puppies are not to be groomed until they are weaned from their mother, have received their first round of puppy vaccinations and are cleared by their veterinarian.
We have very limited space in our grooming room to keep a dog before/after a groom. However, if you need to bring your dog early or pick up later we do offer Private Suite Daycare in one of our boarding suites, pending availability. This must be arranged in advance and we must have record of current vaccinations to include Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. There is a charge for this service.
We will accept a dog with matting for our groom services. Our groomers #1 concern is the safety and welfare of the dogs in their care and if the matting is determined to be severe the dog may be shaved for their comfort. Some rare cases may be referred to your veterinarian.
Sorry, we do not offer cat grooming at this time.
Yes, we offer walk-in nail trims for $10 anytime during business hours. Nail trims are included with all of our grooming services.
Our groomers will give any dog a chance within reason. We do keep muzzles and other safety devices on hand for use when necessary, but if the dog is a danger to itself or our staff we reserve the right to turn down service for the safety of everyone involved.
